Franck Borgalli’s Architecture Studio
With an HMONP diploma from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris Val de Seine and a membership of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects, Franck BORGALLI is at your service for all assignments relating to the act of building and spatial planning, architecture and urban planning, and in particular the role of project manager. With professional experience in Switzerland and France, the Atelier is able to meet all your requirements in the fields of architectural design for housing, public buildings with ERP, cultural buildings, school buildings, construction in seismic zones, accessibility, fire, bio- and geo-sourced materials, transports infrastructure, early childhood and the tertiary sector.
Among the tasks that a project owner (private individual, company or local authority) can entrust to the Atelier are the following:
All these ‘standardised’ tasks, brought together, constitute the ‘core mission’.
Planning permission is not a standardised task, although it is a necessary one. In theory, it should correspond to the end of the preliminary design phase.
Nor is the DCE a standardised assignment. The parts of the DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises/Company Consultation File) that are the responsibility of the MOE (Maîtrise d’œuvre/Project management) are those of the PRO.
